Amazon Kindle Fire support video format and full specs

The Kindle Fire is released by the online giant retailer – Amazon. It runs on highly customized Android 2.3 OS powered by dual-core processor with Amazon’s own eye-candy overlay on top of it, sporting a 7″ IPS-LCD backlit display with 1024 X 600 pixels of resolution with Gorilla Glass coating. The powerful 1GHz dual-core TI OMAP4 processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB of internal memory storage to keep things running. The customized OS is largely based on Amazon and their app store — so much for free advertising. And Kindle Fire focus largely on the services offered by Amazon such as Amazon bookstore and its mp3 service, access for 100,000 movies and TV shows, 17 million songs, Android Market and much more. Amazon is also throwing a 30-day trial of Amazon Prime. Sadly, Amazon kindle Fire lacks 3G, microphone and camera.

Kindle Fire will be released on November 15, 2011. Ships from and sold by Amazon Digital Services. U.S. only.
